About Us

Founded in 2000 as a Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), "ABCP1" originally focused on financial consulting and general administrative services.
In the mid-2000's ABCP1 principals took a leave of absence to pursue other interests.
In 2013, ABCP1 stood back up with the arrival of Dr. Meeks and began to re-brand itself to provide a focused set of technology, strategic management, and other consulting services for governmental and non-governmental customers.
